Melissa Mansfield-Anderson

Born in New Orleans, raised in Maine with a decade in Atlanta, Melissa has been a foodie her whole life. She owned a catering company in her early 20's, spent time as a pastry chef in her 30's and has been a talented home chef all of her 40 (ish) years. She created A Moose Bush to bring her love of food and business together and to share the talents of local Maine chefs into the spotlight while raising awareness and funds for the local food pantries.

Tanya was born and raised in Maine. She loves to travel and experiment with new flavors. She currently resides here with her two pups. She told us "No matter how far away I travel, I always land right back here. While I appreciate fine food and drinks, I’ve also never met good slice of pizza or taco that I haven’t loved."
